My Uncle Nikola (my mother's only brother) is in hospital already 3 weeks and his condition is critical, even worse than it was. A few years ago he had a stroke and now his brain cells are atrophying. He can not move his left leg and hand.

Please pray, that God touch and heal my Uncle Nikola and protect his life.

He is wonderful man, Christian all his life, regularly attended church. The doctor said that now everything is in God’s hands.

PLEASE BELIEVE IN MIRACLE AND PRAY THAT GOD COMPLETE HEAL HIM.

Prayer Request for John - "I am Dying"

My friend Ed shared John's story on his blog:

ALS/MND is a terminal disease with no known cure, it can strike women/men in the mid term of their life. Though no reason or why this disease strikes, it is mostly in men. It's nickname is "The Thief", a muscle and nerve disease. It is a breakdown in communication between the brain and nerves that command the muscles. Walking, talking, eating are some of the areas that are affected. Simple things like turning a key, holding a face cloth, taking a shower, dressing/undressing, hands in and out of pockets, buttoning, zippering become major tasks. Everyone is different, but with me, speaking has become labored. Go to my website; Tomorrow is Not Mine check out the variety of links, information and views. If my site can help one person with ALS/MND or someone you might know that might have it, to me it is worth it!

Please get the word out to pray for my recovery as on the Monday after Easter I was admitted into the hospital and that Wednesday had a complete hysterectomy, gall bladder removal, appendix removal and hernia repair. Prayer for Repose of a Soul

Prayer Request for My Dad

Just about an hour ago, I received a telephone call telling me my dad had suffered a massive heart attack. My family and I would really appreciate your prayers for my dad and my mom.

Just yesterday, I read that Melissa was requesting prayers for her Oom Sam. BTW, please keep her Oom Sam in your prayers too. There she shared the following prayer:

Prayer Request for Two Priests

From the leader of our Rosary Calendar. Father Duffy is a priest here in Hawaii and also a good friend of the Catholic homeschoolers.

Dear Rosary Calendar Members,

Two of Our Lady of Fatima Rosary Calendar priest are in need of prayers.

Fr. Duffy who is 99 years old and has been a great supporter of First Saturday devotion. He was removed from his apartment and placed in a nursing facility and now is in the hospital with pneumonia. It appears he is going down daily. Please pray for Our Lady & St. Joseph to be with him during this time.

Fr. Svoboda, who is in his 90's and has been a great Rosary Calendar supporter. He also has been removed from his surroundings and is in a nursing facility...

We pray for our priest. These are very tough times for them. God please give them the grace of courage and perseverance during these times.

They have been strong defenders of our Catholic Faith and loyal servants to Mother Church. For us they have been part of our family.

Urgent Prayer request for Karen's Mom

Blogger Karen Hall has made the following prayer request:

I just got a call from my brother that my mom tripped on something and fell in a parking lot and busted her forehead down to the skull. She didn't pass out and was last seen raising hell because she didn't want to get into the ambulance. She's in the ER now and we are unable to get any further information. We do not want her in to local hospital, which is horrible and where she is much more likely to die of one of those new infections than anything else. I'm about to find a plane ticket to head to Virginia. Please pray mightily and pass it on. Thanks so much.

Prayer Request for My Father in Law Isidore

Please keep him in your prayers. He fell yesterday and is in the hospital with low red blood count (there may be bleeding somewhere) and kidney problem. My husband and I would really appreciate you prayers for him. Thank you!
